Coquilles St Jacques Parisienne

[Scallops, Tiger Prawns with mushrooms & white wine

Cream Sauce topped with Cheese and Gratinated]

[Vegetarian option; Twice Baked Cave Aged Cheddar Soufflé, Beetroot and Shallot Salad]

 

 

2nd Course

Bombay Gin and Elderflower Tonic Sorbet with a Twist of Lemon

 

3rd Course

Rump Fillet of Aged Hereford Beef, Dauphinoise Potatoes,

Sauté Spinach, Rosemary Madeira Jus

 [Vegetarian option; Caramelised Shallot, Leek and Tomato Tart Tatin, topped with

 Goats Cheese, Watercress Salad, Truffle Oil]

Plus a Suggested 10% Gratuity on the final bill

[£25 per head deposit will be required to secure your booking and is none refundable]

The Pre order for the Vegetarian choices and dietary needs, will be required

 two weeks before 30th Dec please
