Cream Sauce topped with Cheese and Gratinated]

2nd Course

Layered/Pressed Smoked Chicken and Duck Rillette Terrine,

 Cherry Tomato and Chilli Jam, Rocket Leaves

 [Vegetarian option; Roasted Shitake Mushroom, Pepper Marmalade,

 Roasted Pine Nut on Toasted Sour Dough, Rocket Salad]


3rd Course

Gin and Tonic Sorbet with a Twist of Lemon


4th Course

English Lamb Rump, Dauphinoise Potatoes,

Sauté Spinach, Rosemary Madeira Jus
